If you saw a lot of Bucs games this past year like I did, you would see that he was a victim of poor blocking where many times defenders were already in the backfield before he was able to even flinch. Exactly.

He has the frame and low pad level to bang out yards between the tackles, but he doesn't have the speed, burst or elusiveness to do much damage on the rare occasions when he does make it to the second level, and he hasn't shown any ability to catch passes. All of that could change now that Bruce Arians is in charge. Outside of Doug Martins 1400 yard season there havent been any RBs that have done anything. I see at least "a chance" that Barber is the guy again but with the likelihood they draft another back in the 2nd or 3rd to compete...

Arians was able to snag David Johnson in the 3rd round in 2015, so they could draft someone. He certainly isn’t a generic form of LSD available in various colors.
Unless TB drafts a talented RB, I'd just avoid the TB backfield and look to instead add pieces of the Arian's passing game via WRs/TE. 3.7 ypc, a whopping one game over 100 yards, and 20 catches on the whole season.
