A townhouse fire in Barrhaven has damaged two units and forced the occupants to spend the night elsewhere. The fire started around 10:30 p.m., Thursday, at a home on Ambiance Drive. The homeowner is in the care of Ottawa Paramedics and is being treated for injuries.

An investigator is now on scene determining damages and the cause of the fire.
