I think that Duolingo should create Punjabi as a language to learn. Punjabi is second most widely held mother tongue in Delhi, Haryana, Himachal and Kashmir.Then you have literally another 100 million Punjabis in Pakistan.The reason i mentioned those languages, Navajo, Welsh, Irish, bloody KLINGON? On one of their Punjabi stories try reading a few sentences and see if you get stuck. They even have High Valyrian and bloody Klingon for God's sake.

The Basics of Sikhi Gurmukhi course really helped, but after finishing it, I was left sort of in the dark.One way I'm trying to improve my vocabulary is by reading Gurbani and looking up the individual words, but since there is no 100% complete dictionary, I can get stuck for a while on one sentence, going on multiple online dictionaries trying to get some meaning behind the words.Hopefully, in the future, a group like basics of Sikhi, or just dedicated individuals can piece together a full and comprehensive dictionary.One way I'm trying to improve my vocabulary is by reading Gurbani and looking up the individual words, but since there is no 100% complete dictionary, I can get stuck for a while on one sentence, going on multiple online dictionaries trying to get some meaning behind the words.First off I'd say that i will never discourage someone from reading and studying Gurbani.

I can understand stand Punjabi but I can’t speak , read, or write Though this is gurmukhi punjabi speakers wanting to learn english. In India Punjab Hindi is rampant in urban centers while in western world we pick up the language of the country .This is nonsense.
